The lot is located in the I-540 Design Overlay District and is currently zoned RSF-4. The structure will consist of two floors with a first floor footprint of approximately 7,600 sq. ft. The second floor would be approximately 7,250 sq. ft. for a total of approximately 14,850 sq. ft. The design will also allow for an approximately 55’ x 45’ addition at one end of the building. The primary building materials will be E.I.F.S. with Kalwall and glazing panels. Total estimated construction costs are $2.23 million.
